At our first face-to-face meeting, we will explore the initial layout of the space in depth. With the help of our designers, we will look at the different design options for your kitchen and their advantages, taking into account your lifestyle, type of family, functionality, etc.

We will also decide together on the style and model of kitchen, as well as the finishes, materials and colours. To help you, you can choose from the most extensive catalogue on the market with endless possibilities to make your project unique.

With the information we collect, we will create a bespoke proposal, which we will present to you in our studio. You will be able to see 3D images of the end result and even take a virtual tour of your new kitchen.

We will also provide you with a final quote, with a detailed breakdown of all the items included. All our quotes include delivery, technical measurements and installation by professional fitters, as well as a commitment to install it on a specific date.

After accepting the quote, our technical department will review the full project in detail after taking all necessary measurements at your home.

This way, we can be sure that all the plans, measurements, electrical sockets, plumbing, smoke extraction, etc., are sufficient and ready for the installation.

When the project has been finalised, we will place your order with the factory. Our technical department will place your order via EANCOM, thus avoiding any human errors. Manufacturing lead times are between three and six weeks depending on the kitchen model you have chosen.

Meanwhile, our logistics department will take care of the other items for your kitchen (household appliances, worktops, accessories, sanitaryware, etc.) so that everything is ready when the furniture arrives and we can fulfil our commitment to complete the installation on the appointed date.

The next step is to set a date for delivery and assembly. Our certified kitchen fitters will make all necessary adjustments and take care of every last detail to ensure optimum results.

After the installation is complete, we will provide you with the relevant warranties and manuals, etc. In addition, all items comprising our kitchens are registered with an identification code, which you will also receive, should you need it in the event of an accident or flaw.

We guarantee the supply of spare parts for your kitchen for up to six years, provide a 10-year warranty on the furniture and of up to 20-years on worktops.
